Harvey King - The New Renaissance of Custom Knifemaking

In this documentary film, I sit down with nationally renowned master knifemaker Harvey King. He creates one of his signature knives from start to finish and explains the rise and fall of custom knifemaking and why this ancient craft is now seeing a full revival. (To be finish by Spring 2022)
The Train Station - Stop motion action short film
Spring 2020
This was a project for my Digital Photography professor. We needed to showcase how taking thousands of photos in succession can lead to an engaging short film about a topic of our choice. I chose to do mine similarly to all the lego short films I grew up watching as a kid, wondering how they made lego characters come to life. The link to "The Train Station" is below.
The Empty Breadbasket
Fall 2021
This documentary was over food deserts in Kansas and how rural communities are being impacted. The amount of time spent recording, editing and working to figure out the ins and outs of Adobe Premiere Pro was invaluable. I have a more detailed knowledge of how a documentary should look and feel because of this project and I hope to continue working on projects like this in the future.
